WYE kicked off the school year with an incredible four-day week! Our halls were buzzing with smiles, excitement, and amazing energy as our Bulldogs jumped right into learning, building connections, and making memories. What a fantastic start to the year!

Thank you for being patient as we worked out all the first week kinks during the dismissal process. We got faster each day, and we will continue to fine tune our processes and systems of dismissal.  

Bulldog Community helpers! Difference Makers is a Blue Springs School District mentoring initiative that connects K-5 students with caring adult volunteers. Difference Makers mentors are positive role models who give their time, energy, and talent to build positive relationships with students and to promote student literacy. Families may access bus stop information through Transfinder. The program will allow families to look up approximate pick-up and drop-off times. 

The Stopfinder application provides the bus number, stop location, and scheduled time of arrival, and parents have the option to set geo alerts to be notified when the bus enters a user-created zone. You can also visit the quick start guide for more information
