Today, WYE celebrated our 2nd I AM Noticed Day, led by our amazing I AM Noticed student Leaders in partnership with our counseling team and awesome special class teachers! Through four stations, our student leaders guided fellow Bulldogs in meaningful conversations and activities focused on spreading kindness, building confidence, and reminding one another that everyone deserves to feel valued and NOTICED.
This week marked the exciting start of leadership roles for our students in grades 3rd, 4th, and 5th. At WYE, students have the opportunity to apply for leadership positions that allow them to make a positive impact on our school community. From Greeter Leaders and Public Speaking Leaders to Reading Literacy Leaders and many more, students proudly serve in one of 13 unique leadership roles designed to support and strengthen WYE. We are excited to see these young leaders grow.
Candy Drive for Trunk or Treat- We are collecting bags of candy! The class that donates the most candy will win a special class party plus front of the line passes on Trunk or Treat night!
